 This is a photo of my friend, Ben.

His shirt says "Charming, Sexy, Boring, Awesome" with everything check marked except for "Boring". Took this without thinking of DPChallenge, and now that I look back, I really wish that the text on his shirt was visible, but oh well.

Lit with one large softbox coming in from the upper left hand corner of the image, above his head...

I also added a reflector to the bottom left hand corner of the frame.

The goal for this shoot was to accomplish a "dave hill" style shot. It was a lot of fun to bring out the strobes in daylight, and control the light.

The editing was all done through Camera RAW, then sent to photoshop where it was cropped and saved.

I rented a 35mm f/1.4L and used that in this shot. What a lens, is all I can say.
