almost always the good advice is get closer to the subject, only this time i'd rather you backed up and showed me the entire glass and pen. |

Needs better focus and clarity. Maybe if you had gotten back a little further and gotten the whole glass in it would have improved the focus and the croppiing. |

A bit dark for me. I think this particular shot may look better in color. Like the illusion. |

Simple and effective, but the photograph could be better. Take a look at some earlier challenges for well taken shots of glassware. |

Perhaps a better shot would have been a close up of just the glass, and not the stem and background. Sharper would have definately been nice. I think grayscale works for this photo. |

The picture is so good that I want to understand the title. Excellent composition: black-grey lines lead to base of glass highligts and details ( the focal center), pen also leads to the bottom of the glass. Very nice style. |
