Convert from RAW, cropped, USM (amount 100%, radius 6), selective contrast inside glass frame, increased blur (box blur) outside the glass frame (radius 4%), image resize, boarder, save for web.

As a 'glasses-providing-different-focus' photo this stands out from the others. The FP wording is really clear and you've generated a really engaging DOF. Well done on achieving a good result from a relatively over-used concept.
