 I was quite sure this was just a throw away. But I decided to play with it ... I actually like how the bird is somewhat in focus and the people are very much out of focus.

Not a masterpiece, but a learning experience and that is what life is all about!

size, layers, filter, sepia, merge down, frame.

Its fun to play with pictures. I've stumbled on some cool tricks like that. I really like the neutral colors.

This is something different. It's good to see a change to the usual razor sharp animal portraits. Has an arty feel to it. Great work!

Experiments are good, both for the photographer, and for the viewer. I think on balance this one doesn't quite do it for me. There are elements that I really like, and I would highlight here the strolling couple, but I wish the gull had a little more contrast.
