taken at Dean Zulich workshop held Saturday at Seattle Photography Associates studios. It was a great day, lots of fun, and I met some DPCers there, too.

These two models "came alive" during shooting, and did not require much direction, but rather just keeping up with them :-) I think the only direction in this shot was for him to look at her. She gave him plenty of reason to hold that gaze steady.

Technically it is a posed shot with models. That may take away from the personality aspect for some, but spending a day with these two made it clear to me that their personality is what makes them such terrific models!

This was my first ever "model shoot" and it was so much fun.

I love the backlighting. I don't like the tilt (although I rarely like tilts). A reflector or anything up front to bounce some light back onto their faces would have helped the skin tones ont be so flat. 6 from me.

Definitely shows a flirtatious personality. Nice composition, angle and pose. Backlighting works great. Attractive models doesn't hurt either!

This is really well done. Looks professionally shot. The only point I'd pick with this is that it doesn't really show personality because it looks "posed for" as opposed to showing true personality ie: looks like a pose, not real flirting. Not sure that I can put it into words properly. (not scoring...just commenting)
