Thank you for your comments. This was a quick shot by window light on my desk at work. Wish I'd had more time for PP, I would like to work on the bottom R corner. I couldn't let the BG go pure white because then I lost the reflection of the lenses on the paper. Anyway, this did much better than I expected. Thanks!

I like the perspective and use of shadows here. It takes a few moments to sort out what's what, but that is where the interest lies for this.
