I rather like our title! Technically not one of your best, but the interest and humour aspect make up for that. I am intrigued by these waders, with their long curved beaks. I wonder if the grey one is a juvenile? certainly a number of species of birds are grey as juveniles and as they mature the plumage gradually changes to pure white.

Cool shot. Florida gets such interesting bird life.

I don't know if they look jolly enough to be joking, but it's a cool capture with the two of them. The Water Hyacinth interests me because the type I've seen around here is pretty small; yours is a mutant variety!

Cool shot! They do seem like a couple of old ladies walking together and gossiping. LOL

LOL, it really does look like they're having a chat about something!

This is a nice shot of the curlew at home. I would bump up saturation a little to get the dark green in the hyacinths to show up a little stronger.
These are white ibis, and the one with the brown is a young one, at least that is what the old timers here in the glades say.

NNice that you captured these 2 birds in different colors. I usually only see the white ones. Good layering of grass, water plants and flowers and water at the top. It really gives you a feel of the natural habitat! They really do seem to be talking! :)
