Tawny flanked Prinia

Buffy underparts and flanks, rufous wing panel. Habitat , rank grass and shrubs along watercourses, also gardens. Insectivorous but also takes nectar from aloes. Common resident. Call a tzst sound.

I certainly hope you plan to put a book together of your work - your images are lovely. I really like the reds here and the way you've used the foreground grass and that awesome bokeh to frame your bird.

Very sharp and good bokeh. The background 'blur' looks like it might have been sharpened too much and would have looked nicer if it was a little softer but it could also be the lens. All in all a very nice image!

Excellent shot! An Audubon image all the way. The DOF and bokeh are perfect, separating the bird from the background effectively. The bird is in good focus and the composition is terrific.
