this is beautiful jeri .. dont let the tough voters put you off ..
some of the most excellent images cop really bad scores ..
the voters are often big on things like rule of thirds, forgetting sometimes that not following the rules can often be a better option .. great if they followed their hearts more than their minds sometimes ..
& thankyou so much for that lovely surprise you left me in flickr .. i havent put them in .. but you made my day .. :)x |

| Light is nice and that's an interesting place for a dog to perch. In the interest of emphasizing the dog I'd probably crop out most of the right side of the image and burn what was left of the red into the background. |
