| There are quite a few winter trees against stark skies, but this one works better than most and I'll be darned if I know why. |

| i would have liked to see the base of the trunk, but other then that good comp and nice contrast in the sky and in the tree |

| The sky is wonderful, it adds a diagonal dimension to the photo. Good composition. |

| I wish the tree's silhouette were more focused. Love the use of neg. space and how the cloud's diagonal lines push your eye to the tree. |
