Yes it is right in front of the Falls,a new shape every day depending in the wind .
The tree is right in between two street lights,tough not to get them in the shot.
The purple back ground is the mist with the purple light lighting the Falls
I removed a snow bank and cloned a funky light spot in the front
I should have read the rules:)Lets just call it a brain freeze !!

A lush and fantastical image - I can't get the perspective at all, but it's truly glorious - well done :)

I see some heavy graininess in the background that some selective noise reduction could have handled. The image as a whole, though is really nice. It looks to me like a scene out of one of Tim Burton's animated films.
