this looked very loud to me. the colors were bright, and there's too much going on for it to be quiet, so I rated it lower. A city that's has so much going on can't be silent.
However, I was talking to my mom on the phone, and she was viewing the pictures, and she loved it--it was one of her favorites. |

| LOL, this doesn`t feel silent at all - its obviously a busy city and I can almost feel the hub-bub emanating from it. |

| This is a lovely shot; however, I feel like it would've done much better in the sound category IMO. Just with all the bright colors and lights it seems so loud and noisy you know? And when I think of cities, such as this one, I think of noise. But the photo itself is excellent, good job. |
