This has a bit of a sense of danger, especially with that figure squeezed in between the tree and the post. |

oh yes, the guy at the bus stop is up to no good (or waiting for a bus lol). I can almost smell that fog rolling off the sea. |

That is freaky! The Watcher at the bus stop is one of the more sinister figures I've seen for a long time. Xion did a shot called The Stalker (I think that's what it was called) long ago, that had a similar sense of dread and inevitability about it. Your suggestion of static, and of uncertain lateral hold, makes the effect damn chilling.
