Great idea. I gave it a 7, but would have gone higer if I could find a solid focus spot. Keep up the good work. |

How fun! I got this concept intstantly, you framed it very well to tell the story. A wider DOF field would allow us to enjoy the needle as well as making out the spindle. The reflections are great and I like your choice of B&W. |

Nice idea, but I don't think you've captured "opposite." Two different kinds of media perhaps, but not two opposite kinds of media. Incidentally, why did you choose to focus on the eye of the CD rather than the needle of the turntable? |

This really could have been focused a lot better to make the statement more clear. The tone arm, a significant component of the composition, is very fuzzy. The only element in focus is the spindle. |

light reflexions are too strong. a different light source would have been better |

The focus on the needle looks too soft. I don't know about this being a good representation of "opposites" |

Very cool perspective / point of view, but this image is out of focus. |

This is a cool photo. I think you might get hammered befcause of blur and noise but don't let it worry you too much. If you were to rework this photo you could have a real winner here! Good job! |

LOL!
That's indeed a funny idea, but not exactly opposites, I feel B&W was the wrong choice here an the focus is kinda not in place I think. |

Nice! Excellent composition. Like the focus and reflections. Don't know if I would quite call them "opposites", but it makes a nice shot. =) |
