 Taking a chance this photo won't frighten everyone.

Editing:
Auto levels, desaturated, topaz adjust to entire image, auto contrast, bumped contrast a tad more, unsharp mask, adjusted image size, added border, unsharp mask again.

post-challenge:
heh - yeah...guess it DID scare.
Just to confirm - this was real. I didn't alter or fake any of it other than the editing mentioned above. The desaturation was the main edit.

No faking this one. I've seen this done live. I can't understand why they do it. You have made a very dramatic capture. High marks. I wish you luck with this.

WTF.There's gotta be a better way to spend your time than hanging from oversized fish hooks with your ass cheeks swaying in the breeze. That's gotta hurt.

An interesting and provocative image but quite limited too - the tight crop, the lack of colour, the ambiguity of certain elements all conspire to ensure we get no more than a highly framed peek into this scene. Was that your intention?
