Shutter: 2.5sec, 3sec, 5 sec.

 Made up of 3 separate shots with different shutter speeds. I Didnt range the Exposure compensation or any bracketing but instead changed shutter speeds hoping to get the right blend. I attempted this with different ISO settings and Exp. comp but it was too tonal. Nothing major in Photoshop, no editing done other than for some sharpening (In Camera)

*The subject isn't Grey, it is white, and it probably will hurt the score. Im not sure if this one of those DNMC submissions but I entered it anyways because for a Black and White photo, its pretty rooted in mid-tones.
