Same image processed differently. Apparently the “in look” for a teenage boy is to have hair covering your eyes, oh and you can never smile for a camera.

Excellent job with the two processing approaches.

So did you smile for the camera when you were his age? (I highly doubt I did.)

The processing contrast is so effective. Interesting how the darker one makes him appear to recede. Cool diptych.

I love seeing the same image processed differently, I find it a very effective way to experience a totally different feeling from the same image! The boy is so photogenic, I love the relatively shallow dof, and both images are wonderfully processed. I do tend to like the left one though, a bit mysterious and definitely a classic!

EXCELLENT .. love the way you've combined the same pic only differently processed .. i never thought of doing a diptych like that .. great idea .. the one on the left is fantastic .. i like how the details are obscured .. :)
