From the recent 'personality' comp.

This was a lot more difficult to take than I originally thought. Main reason being that I was doing it solo, taking a photo of my own eye. Hence I had no control over the focus point and had to rely on the camera to do it all for me. I ended up setting my camera on a camera macro setting which takes the photo in jpeg, not RAW, and this made it more difficult to post process also. I probably could have found something more interesting to submit, but I invested so much time putting together this photo I didn't have the heart to replace it.

It was hard to vote on this one, and some of the other eye ones, because even though the photograph is fine, the human eye can be quite ugly. The left hand side and the inner corner could benefit from some judicial blurring, and the veins in the eye could be lightened.

Found original. Your image is an improvement.
Good detail but skin glistens too much. The eye itself looks a little dull compared to other images of eyes in this challenge. 5

Improved technically with lighting and detail, but still a bit uninteresting for me.
