I actually like the dabbled light on the foreground but compositionally I feel I need to see a little more of the flowers. I've always been a fan of using the foreground to frame an image but it almost feels like the foreground and tree are accidental in this shot (I'm sure they're not by the way). I guess it leaves me feeling like you just didn't commit to using the elements completely. It's a fine shot as is. |

This is ok. Nothing really holds my interest except maybe the cloud on the upper left side. I hope that doesn't mean my head's in the clouds. ;-) |

You got it right, Deb. I ran outside seeing the Sun come out.. and forgot to reset the aperture. |

I like the foreground bushes - nice framing element. I do have to ask why you chose to shoot at 3.5 and 1/4000th? In my case it would be because I had the aperture set at 3.5 for something else and completely forgot about it... :-) |

Oh man! FLOWERS!! I am SO sick of GREY!!! That's all we've had is snow, ice, slush & now mud! lol Thanks for the little bursts of color!! |

the light on the right and the bushes on the bottom distract me...Otherwise the shot is really good...nice day to capture the neighborhood... |
