Sweet shot - and adorable dog - I'm not even sure what sort it is . .
To squeezer a little more out of this composition having them either both looking at the camera - or both at each other would have been good - but hey - I took a pet portrait myself - I know what it's like trying to get a pet to look where you want it too :- ) |

| As this was pet portrait, I wish you had just included the dog and not the girl: for the quality of the photo as well, not just to "follow the rules". |

| If you are going to include her, you really need to get the girl's eye out from behind the dog. |
