The ears cut off are a tiny distraction. I like the glow around the face from the bright background though. |

Very nice detail on the face, and I like it in B&W. I also like the brightish background, though some may find it "distracting" - with it right at the eyeline of the horse, it draws you to his eyes quite nicely, I think. |

Nice horse portrait. I too would have cloned out the tail from the other horse. Otherwise very nice. |

Looks like it wants to say something is this Mr. Ed nice shot I think I would have removed the tail of the other horse. |

I'm a city girl, and slightly afraid of horses, so I'm probably not the right person to comment....Overall, this is nice. The b&w conversion is good, the framing is good. I'm thinking the vignette may be a bit overdone, because especially at the top, there are parts of the horse that are getting sucked into the void of the vignette. What about a gradient at the bottom instead? |
