 The man was walking his dog out on the wharf, but he had the dog on such a long leash that they wouldn't both fit in the frame.

Taken with the Lensbaby plastic optic.

I feel like I have cataracts. LOL Great use of blur. I wish they'd do a blur challenge again. :~)
