I really wanted to bring out the central area on this image (hence the DOF)and slightly tilted the camera to try to acheive a bit more shape, not really sure that this worked?
Anyway, thanks for the comments.

Definitely a centered composition with some great colors. Some may complain about the shallow DoF - but with a macro this close, you had little choice. Actually, the soft focus on the areas below the "ball" are pleasant and add an artistic feel. Well done

Nice use of DOF to keep the eye in the center. And great colors. I would have liked it to be taken directly centered, instead of tilted like it is.

nice! Everything is pointing outwards, nice daring colours of nature.. great dynamics in this picture, for once I like the small DOF in those flower pictures (since you didn't explicitly portraited the flower as a flower, but as a composition)

Depth of field is too tight.
