 This is a combination of three images taken with the fisheye attachment, one of a little statue at the church and the other two of the church itself.
Lots of filters run on these, first Silver Efex Pro b&w conversion, then Color Efex Pro tonal contrast and bi-colored filters. Lots of blending of the images at the overlapping edges, dodging and burning, usm. It's kinda weird but ah well.
Used the spherized film strip overlay I made here
