Thanks for the helpful comments. Dont usually do portraits so the shadows were a suprise to me!! very annoying but good to learn from. yeah there were lots of post-its and selotape, less of them just didnt cover enough ;)
The sucker... well it seemed like a good idea at the time! |

| If the model was a little further from the background, the shadows wouldn't have appeared behind her. |

| Hmmm... I think a tighter crop from the top could have made this shot very good. I would say a little less pot it notes as well... Seems to cluttered. |

| The shadow on the background bothers me. Try having the model stand back from the background to reduce shadows. |

| Very clever idea, nice posing of the model too, don't think she needed the lollipop prop though. The light is a wee bit off, the shadows are quite hard, on-camera flash maybe? I'd try a different method of lighting next time. |

| I like the dress but don't get the lollypop. I'm trying to figure out why which distracts from the rest of the photo. The shadows are too harsh also. |
