Taken through the car windscreen, this had a blue cast and poor contrast. I have tried to rescue it.
Cloned out white stuff on left side of bin. Sharpen x 2 and despeckle. Brightness/contrast. Selected paper bag, variations, more red, fade variations. Select inverse variations more red, more yellow, fade variations with luminosity blend option 50% Used clone tool to tidy up edges of bag and surrounds.Selected left crow, brightness/contrast. At some stage I added a border and resized but then kept fiddling. Stw.
