 I liked the juxtaposition of the tall ship with modern oil rig on the horizon. The overlay is an envelope postmarked in Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul in 1904. I just thought it was cool.

Yes! Great juxtaposition and wonderful "negative" space. The clarity of the ship in front when compared to the one at the back drives your point home. Nice work.
