More sky at the top and a little less tree limbs in the bottom. The the way the eagle is posed, maybe crop it with it more on the right hand side, and and lower in the frame. Nice looking bird and the colors are good.

I wonder how this would look if it were sharpened a bit, or maybe a different and closer crop. Wonderful find.
