 A lovely dessert made with self made mandarin juice and fresh mandarins. Main problem for the photo: it's just an orange mass. Didn't had any fresh herbs in the house, so I used a jelly bean to give some contrast in the photo.

Good color contrast. I'm tempted to ask for the recipe... (for the mandarin part, not the jelly bean ;-).

The jelly bean adds just the right touch here. A sprig of mint might work well, too.
