Floating smartie? Cool. You might use a diffuser to cut down on the reflection on the smarties. The lighting is a tad hard for my liking. I like the use of glass (or whatever it is) to seperate one of the smarties. Nice. 5 |

better angle with the light will remove the shadow below the blue one.... |

cool effect here. I like the blue one hovering over the others. The hot spots on the background candy could have been controlled better though so they weren't so harsh. |

I wish you'd had diffused lighting instead of the apparent flash, so the shadow of the blue one didn't show up in the pile. This would have been a much more striking effect, I think. Nice work though! Fun shot! |

Super cool. It would be super cooler without the shadow. Maybe another source of light just shining on the lower level to minimize the shadow? |

Interesting idea. The shadow of the blue candy is very distracting to the overall color scheme. |

lighting is distracting. if you would have put the light at more of an angle, the shadow of the blue smartie would have dissapeared. the reflexions off the smarties are too strong |

Nice job...good dof, great clearity on forward (centered) object. The shadow (or whatever that is below the blue one) from the top guy distracts a bit but an over all good picture. |

Love the brilliant colors. Is the center one raised above on glass, so that it appears so separated? I think it would be a more engaging shot with less contrast between the foreground and background focus. I probably would have cleaned up the white dots on the center candy -- but that is a picky thing. |

Toothpick lifting it up over the other ones? The glare seems a bit harsh to me. A square crop may help this as well. |
