 Shot during the OCBC (this is a bank) Cycle Singapore event over the weekend.
Experimenting with panning at 1/15s - 1/25s hand-held. This one was panned at 1/15sec. This is the slowest shutter speed I have used so far for panning hand-held.

No flash was used. I like the impact (though you probably won't see it that effectively at this small size). I like the way the image conveys speed and motion. I also like the sense as if I was one of the riders.

Anyway , hope this does well enough to beat a 6.

this is a great shot...i really like the stillness in the riders face...especially compared to the blur that is his teammates face
