 My daughter swinging - I was tracking her with the camera. It took about 25 shots to get one with her face in focus rather than her feet, the chain on the swing, her shoulder, etc.

Shadow/Highlight to reduce highlights

This blurry effect didn't work much for me. I think it's oof and the girl's face is not very realistic. I think you had a good idea and with some tweaking it could be better in my opinion! Good luck and sorry if i was rude!
