This got a high vote from me. I'm sorry it was disqualified, but I admit I'm relieved to know you didn't really put the child in danger! |

Are you going to tell us how this was done? I imagine you had to validate. |

crazy ! - i almost did this for real way back - but talked myself out of it.
i went so far as to place a number of sticks in the gravel taller than i would be lying down and in different spots between the span of the rails. after a few days of train travel they were all still standing...
of course it would only take one stray ( what have you ) to you rip and pummel you to pieces, and likely leave your torn apart body a mile or so from impact...
i'm wondering if the multiple exposure rule was mis-understood. either way very cool photo !

Bold added for emphasis.

Photographically - technically and in terms of visual impact it is pretty amazing but I feel I just can't condone what I'm seeing. ... |
My thoughts exactly. |

I really hope there wasnt actually a train going over top of the kid here. Outstanding shot though. Hope you do well. |

If the title makes the shot, the shot needs to show more. |

OK, I'll come back and vote later but I have a ton of concerns with this image.
I'm asking myself is this done for real? If so, I find it to be spectacularly irresponsible.
If not, then this is masterfully contrived.
Photographically - technically and in terms of visual impact it is pretty amazing but I feel I just can't condone what I'm seeing. I'll wait for a few days perhaps before I decide to vote on it or not.
Back to vote - I've decided that I've registered my concerns and that'll I'll put them aside. As I said before, this is very competent work - 8. |

I don't know where to begin. If this is true, great shot but very stupid of you. I see the blur of the moving train but I wonder why the vibrations of the thousands of tons of moving weight isn't causing the subject to be soft too...(7) |
