 I imagine that this wont be the only entry like this. Considering this is the first time I have photographed a fly, I suspect that I will be towards the end of these type of macro shots. Either way, itd be nice to get the top 15.... but Im probably a bit too hopeful. A 6 would really please me, but I ...well, I have no idea on how the people of DPC will take this considering there will be a lot of really pretty ladies showing their pretty skin. Im guessing they wont take it well because people vote for their friends.

It's hard to tell if this is in focus, and if so where the point of focus is. Usually that would be a bad thing but its a nice effect for this shot. Very eerie. Nicely done
