Water drops on foliage are a good way of making flower shots come to life and add a sense of vibrancy and texture.
There are a few things that could be improved to make this shot really good...
More sharpness is needed. Nothing is really in focus here.
The hue and saturation seem a bit dull... I'm sure a bit of tweaking in Photo software such as Photoshop could have made your greens much more vibrant.
I'm not sure your crop has placed the plant bang in the middle of the frame. |

| I agree that the first attempt is much nicer in terms of lighting and focus. This is an interesting macro subject so keep exploring! :) |

I guess I should have just looked for a different shot. Here is the original I took. It is much better in terms of focus but it could use some cropping also. This is was taken on an overcast day just after rain. The overcast lighting displays the color so much better. I took this the day before the challenge started.

| Looks a little blurry to me. The contrast is "flat" as well. Try using PS to increase the contrast. |

| I really like this. Might have been even better if the light were more even over the entire frame. I would have cropped just a bit tighter to get rid of the bright green patches in the right corners. I think I'll give it a 9. |

| This isn't centered! A little cropping could've helped a lot. Also could use some sharpness. |

| This needs help with focusing. The upper left, lower right and upper right corners could have been cropped out as the background that pokes through is distracting. |
