Gorgeous! Love the high key! Is that the bathroom window? I love window reflections in eyes, it' so cool to have a square catchlight. |

This is fantastic. I love macro eye shots. I did one for the brown redo challenge, had to get hazel to rest her head down and had the camera on a tripod. I manually focused using live viewas that was the only way, I zoomed in on the live view using the + which makes manual focus easy |

Not sure what you were envisioning, because this is superb as it is! Focus is right on, the high-key treatment is very striking, and that square of light is indeed a nice departure from the norm. Wow! |

beautiful eye!
the pure sharpness-and high key works very well-the box highlight is very nice, it breaks the norm with all these curvy shapes. |

This is a beautiful eye shot, and I've seen a lot that aren't. I think the high key really works well as does the soft and sharp focus mix. |

Ken! Haven't seen you in eons. Glad you're doing this side.
The photo is amazing - high contrast, high key - sharp where it needs to be. Love the rectangle in the eye. It's like a door to somewhere else. |

This is excellent and I really like the high key treatment you gave it. Don't know how you wanted this to turn out but it looks really good to me. And ditto to Jutilda's comment.
I don't know if this is your first macro but this is the one lens I would not do without. It really helps in taking images of the stuff we don't normally see and/or from a POV we're not used to. |

That little square of light is really what makes the shot for me. Like a window to another dimension. You know, the eyes are the windows to the soul. :~) |

Oddly, I really like the square reflection - makes it a bit more unique! |

Nice high contrast and sharpness. My husband has this lense but I've never really tried it. It will be interesting to watch what you do with it this month. |

Very nice macro. The highlight is unusual, it adds to the Warhol Pop Art feel of the image. I'd like to see more images in this unique style! |
