 Used my two 85W lights, covered my finger with white charcoal, camera on tripod, manual focus and remote trigger.

Convert from RAW, rotate and crop to hide a horrid peely bit of skin, increased exposure, blacks, clarity. In CS3 curves and levels, resize, usm, border
