| Thanks for all of the great comments. For the people who live at lower elevations, the blue is the sky in the Colorado Rockies. I follow eagles around the state. But this is my best eagle encounter. |

Beautiful pic of an Eagle. Honestly, I find the odd blue to be very distracting. I didn't even notice the eagle at first. It took effort for me to even look at the eagle. Also, it could do with about 12% of the top cropped off.
PS. Who is the 'we' for 'our'? My national symbol is the beaver. |

Sharp and well shot. Nice detail in the feathers. I'd have cropped off a bit of the top, to get the eyes at the upper third line.
