Nice (back)lighting and very good details in the glass. Slight compression artifacts but not enough to distract me. 7

This is like one of the ideas I had, have the photo draw the eye to the center from a circular pattern. Nice color. I wonder where this rose window is at?

Simple, effective and very centered! Wonderful backlighting and exposure. I love it even though it borders on the rule about "photos of artwork."

Great shot; maybe the ribbon winner.

Pretty nice, a lot of detail but the circle keeps drawing me inward. Great job.

I like this shot. The only thing I would suggest is to use the full 640 pix allowed. Bigger is better, more WOW.

You centered the crop, but tye distortions show that you were not directly underneath. Avery hard shot to pull off. Could also have used a little more light.

Maybe a square format taking in mor of the outer ring of glass would have improved this shot a bit. Otherwise very good.

I noticed that you chose to make this less than 640 pixels to reduce the amount of JPEG compression needed - and that you got it to 149.54KB. That in itself is an achievement! And, I think it was a good choice to preserve detail and minimize artifacts. Beautiful subject that lends itself perfectly to this challenge, very nicely captured.
