Thanks everyeone - I agree it's small but it wasn't letting me upload it with a full 720pix... granted I'd never uploaded anything here, I probably was just missing something. Also agree on the blurry factor - I didn't have my tripod with me (and kicked myself for it!) so this was the best I could do at the time.
Btw the way, for those who asked, the double meaning title was intended ;) |

It set long ago. Try to get a bit more accuracy on the focus... ;-) |

Had the sun not gone down on it, the empire would be suppressing this - heh.
Congratulations on 1,000th place in the 1,000th challenge. |

I thought the sun never set on the British Empire. :) Try this in black and white and see what you think. |

Lovely composition, but it's not quite sharp enough. A tripod might help... there's no way I could handhold in that light.

In more ways than one. A tad blurry to my old eyes. Nice lighting & sky. |

Great lighting, the illumination here looks so good. The clouds work so well here and I love the composition. |

Well captured and presented. Better with stronger focus, I think. |

Good colours in this shot, but the photo is a little small. I would have liked it better at the full 720px. |

I was there!! LOL, that's something my partner and I say whenever we see pics of London on tv (we vactioned there last September). A nice photo of the parliament buildings that brings back wonderful memories. |

When I see photos of buildings I like to see a lot of detail. Unfortunately this is very soft and too small. I do like the colors. |

A popular subject in this challenge. Nautical twilight is a tough time to shoot, but it's also Magic Hour. |

sharpness is not as crisp as it should be for this shot to have more impact. |

I love the architecture of the courthouses in these little rural towns.
You should have used the entire 720 pixels allowed in at least one direction. The extra pixels could have gained you a lot more detail in this. |

This is a really nice shot, but you are about 200 pixels too short on your width. I think you lose a lot of impact. |
