I'm guessing at the date.

I like this picture, I like the guy's face, he also has really cool teeth and was trying to sell me some incense that smelled like piss. When I refused, on the grounds that it smelt like piss, he walked around with a margarine lid stuck on his forehead.

An interesting fella.

I'm hoping to leave comments on as many photo's in this challenge as possible... out of (currently) 1113 images, I gave 93 of them an 8. Your image was one of those 93, placing you well within the top 10% for this challenge.

The monochromatic effect is really effective on this portrait, which is one of the best submitted in this challenge. Lots of great detail and textures. Quite a twinkle in his eye too!

Good luck for a strong finish in this challenge.
