It's interesting how so many of us associate habits with something bad or negative. Thanks for reminding us of the importance of good habits as well.

| Great use of motion blur. The front foot is very clear, and the back one captures the running motion perfectly. There's a little distraction from the window on the left. |

| good motion capture, but there's still enough noise in the shot to make it look like a still from a digital video. I do appreciate the concept, though. |
