haha, I know where this picter was taken. This is in Sedona, AZ ;)
It would have eben better if you framed it with the bushes below. I have several shots of this church and the bushes can frame it if you find the right angle :)

What an interesting building, I am certain over here permission wouldn't be granted for this sort of thing but I think it actually looks quite good!

This is one of those places where the time of day can make a dramatic difference in the shot. I'm guessing this was probably shot mid-day sometime.

If you live near Sedona and can get back to shoot the Chapel of the Holy Cross just before sunset, it really makes for a more dramatic shot with warmer colors (or you could try bumping up the temperature to warm the colors of this, too).

If you were to walk up Chapel Road toward the church entrance just a bit further, you can get a really cool backdrop of the mountain behind it, too.
