 Paul, an amazing athlete and artist, modeled for a photo workshop I was in this week. He performed fire knife dances on the beach of a park in Kapaa, Hawaii. This shot is all available light in the last moments of the day.

Post: white balance, rotate and crop (I'm bad at getting the horizon level), noise reduction (did I mention it was dark?), and a bit of tweaking on the curves to boost contrast, all done in Lightroom.

I sense some inspiration taken from Joe McNally? I bet this was a hard one to catch, but I believe a faster shutterspeed would've improved this a little bit.
