Cool idea blocking the light rays with hands.

even with the harshness of the light i like the capture of the subject. i see the lamp before the hand so they are not distracting

I like the idea, though I find the contrast too great - I can barely see the hands why the lamp detail is virtually lost through clipped highlights and it merges into the wall.
