Tom needs to be arrested! I wish I could make out the binoculars more clearly. It took me a while to identify what was going on.

The framing on this is very nice - I like the greenery at the top and then in the center of the frame. You captured the story well, with the expert use of DOF. The balcony really helps with the lines of the composition - leading the eye to the window.

That said, this hardly seems like a habit. An obsession, a preferred activity, a deviance ... a crime perhaps, but not exactly a habit. But I think it's a great photo and marked it solely on those merits.

Hey - my name's Tom! Great take on the challenge - way better than a lot of the toliet seats, cigarettes, and ugly stuff. It's a good composition but the lighting didn't work well for you. The silhouette of "Tom" shows no detail at all - and it's 1/4 of the image or so. That's not too bad, but you do need to pop some light onto the binoculars for sure.

So does the stupid chick hanging out in her window with nothing but a towel covering her... self.

nice photo... thought it took me a minute to figure out what "Tom" was holding in his hands... at first i thought they were golf clubs and he was going to wack the naked chick with a ball... then I figured it out.

Nice original idea. If I see another Nail Biter or person smoking there are going to be 1's ALL AROUND! Good work. I like the fact that I use to have this habit. This picture changed my ways though. I Shall never peep again. Actually, this girl's kind of hot, where does she live??

I like the concept, the angle, and the color, except that Tom takes up too much of the picture, and the binoculars seem to be unnaturally placed in order to convey the meaning.
