| Not really abstract enough visually for my tastes, and the sense of motion has been nearly negated by the freeze-frame action. |

| I appears that you are using a really quick shutter speed when the challenge would of suggested you either use a longer one to express motion, or move your camera. |

| I've been using the definition: "Of, relating to, or being a style of art in which natural objects are not represented realistically." With this in mind, it really doesn't fit abstract, IMO. (I've actually seen a drink this color...) |

Abstract is: art in which the subject is represented by shapes and patterns rather than by a realistic likeness.
Your photo looks more like a 'stopped' motion than an abstract motion. Maybe if it wasn't so obvious a glass full of liquid it would have tricked me into liking it more. Maybe a tighter crop of only the part with the green would have fit the rules better. That's a very nice part. |

| I guess there is motion implied by capturing the liquid's motion at a point in time, but in my view this does not fit the challenge category very well |
