 I work whit this image in PS:
Hue/Saturation, Levels, curves and shadow/Higlight
And I useclone stamp because the lense have a lot of dust inside. I didn´t use any extra light.

EEEEW.. The rules state- You may not: submit a photograph depicting male or female genitalia, or acts of sex deemed inappropriate by a majority of the Site Council.
