I'm not sure what you mean by the title, really, but it detracts from the image itself. As for that, there's an ok connection to the abstract, but in my view, the motion connection is next to non-existent.

windy titles never work for any photo, imo, but for an abstract, even more so. anyway, the capture is really interesting and the crop makes it all work. nice job.

No need for a long title. It's a a nice abstract motion, it speaks for itself. Like the use of contradicting colors.
