A funny picture, nice composition. I would like to see more depth of field, the buildings should have been sharper in my opinion.

I like that you included the buildings in the backround rather than just cropping in on the bird. It adds interest and contrast to your picture.

Actually, I think it's mooning us. Need to concentrate more on the subjct, crop in closer or get down right on the same level as the subject. The background while nice is not really and a shallow DOF would be fine for this pic.

Nice colors, nice composition. Don't like the DOF though: the background should be either sharp or more out of focus, as it is now it draws my attention away from the bird. 6

i think it's too soft. Very well framed though and a good capture. But still, the focus isn't that good, using a tripod would have improved this image.

There's a wonderful feel to this image. Nice subtle colors both in the buildings and their reflection. Composition good but a bit crowded at the bottom. The softness of focus on the buildings may bother some - but I kinda like it. I toss the heavy black border.

should have tightened the crop to include just the bird instead of widening it and distracting from your point

Great shot, but eating is not a habit. Full marks for the shot, points taken for not responding to the challenge. Glorious light and I love the way the tail and the two spires echo off each other.
